Instant Cashback offered by Spark Redeem Mobile App, A Venture of SparkDial Online Services Private Ltd, varies based on the 
Business Strategy and Business Agreements with the Branded Stores, Nearby Stores, Business Partners and Vendors.

If there are any changes to the Business Agreements or Strategy, then SparkDial Online Services Private Ltd reserves the right to change the Instant Cashback amount at any given point in time without prior notice.

UPASS Reward Program - Reward Points

UPASS Reward Program offers Reward Points based on the Business Strategy and Business Agreements with the Branded Stores, Nearby Stores, Business Partners and Vendors. 

SparkDial Online Services Private Ltd, offers these Reward Points to encourage Customers / Users to continue to shop at or use the Product/Services of a business associated with the program.

If there are any changes to the Business Agreements or Strategy, then SparkDial Online Services Private Ltd reserves the right to change the Reward Points at any given point in time without prior notice.

Vouchers - Instant Vouchers & Standard Vouchers

Instant Vouchers

Instant Vouchers are generated immediately within few minutes.

Instant Vouchers generated for Branded Stores using Spark Redeem Mobile App can be used only once. While most of the Instant Vouchers offered by the Branded Stores 
can be used at Stores/Outlets across India, some can be used at Participating  Stores/Outlets only as decided by the Branded Stores. 

Its the Customer responsibility to read the 'Terms & Conditions', Instructions,How to Redeem' and 'Description' before generating the Vouchers of a Branded Store(s) 
to ensure it is 'Fit for Purchase' at an outlet/store within India.

Bear in mind that Instant Vouchers offers 'Instant Cashback' only.

Standard Vouchers

Standard Vouchers are generated after 'Standard Vouchers' requests are manually  approved by the back-office team. Basically these Standard Vouchers are generated 
after 4 to 5 working hours on a business day.

Sunday, Public Holidays and Bank Holidays are non-working days, so Standard Vouchers  requests submitted by the Customers during these holidays will be generated the 
following business day after manually approved by the back-office team.

Its the Customer responsibility to read the 'Terms & Conditions', Instructions,
'How to Redeem' and 'Description' before generating the Vouchers of a Branded Store(s) to ensure it is 'Fit for Purchase' at an outlet/store within India.

Insurance - Car, Bike & Health Insurance

Once you have applied for Insurance, the Back-Office team will process the Insurance application and issue the Insurance Policy within 24-48 working hours.

An email will be sent to your registered email address with your Insurance Policy.

If you notify about any changes to the Insurance after the Policy has been issued, then we will work with you to get you the updated Insurance Policy within 16 days of issuing the Previous Insurance Policy.

Utility Bills

Mobile Prepaid Recharge

If your Mobile has not been recharged even after the amount has been debited from your account, then we will work with you to fix the issue and complete the recharge successfully.

If we cannot get the recharge done to your Mobile, we are happyto refund the Recharge amount. 

Please raise a ticket in our Platform. We will process the ticket to get the refund to you ASAP.

Bear in mind, Spark Redeem Mobile App - A Venture of SparkDial Online Services Pvt Ltd cannot be held responsible if the Service Provider (Example: Airtel, Jio, BSNL etc) 
System is Down due to technical issues at their end.

 1. Spark Redeem Mobile App - A Venture of SparkDial Online Services Pvt Ltd, is not responsible for any incorrect information,
qualilty issues with regards to the Sale of Motor Vehicles (Two Wheelers, Four Wheelers, and so on) and Real Estate properties.

2. Customers buying through the Spark Redeem Mobile App Platform need to do due diligence from their end to ensure the transactions 
are conducted in a safe and secure manner. 

3. Customers selling through the Spark Redeem Mobile App Platform need to do due diligence from their end to ensure the transactions 
are conducted in a safe and secure manner. 

4. Spark Redeem Mobile App - A Venture of SparkDial Online Services Pvt Ltd, reserve the right to remove any Buyers and Sellers from
the Platform, if anyone is found to be involved in any unfair trade practices.
